How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, simply log into your primadonnabeauty.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We want to get your order to you as soon as possible. All Prima Donna products are processed by 12 noon pacific time the following business day. Please contact us at before 12 noon pacific to modify or cancel your order.
What is the sales tax on my order?
Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping.
7.25% sales tax is added on orders shipped within California.
Is shopping on secure?
Of course. The checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers. Additionally, we work only with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1). Your payment will be processed by PayPal Commerce Services.
Does Prima Donna Beauty Ship Internationally?
We wish. Bath products are subject to varying regulatory approval in different countries around the world. Currently, we can only ship to addresses in the US and its territories.
How long will it take to ship?
Prima Donna Beauty will ship your order by 12 noon the next business day. If you order before 12 noon, we will ship it the same day. Most orders will take 1-3 business days to arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping on every order, and only charge the minimum required to make sure you get the best shipping price possible. The Standard Shipping rate is $4.95 and the Priority Shipping rate is $7.25. We are also proud to offer FREE Priority shipping on all orders over 40$. We ship through USPS and most orders will get to you in 2-5 business days.
Where does Prima Donna ship?
Currently, we ship to addresses in the US and its territories.
Can I get overnight or 2-day shipping?
We currently only offer free priority shipping as an option. However, we hope to be able to offer overnight shipping in the near future.
Are Prima Donna products formulated for sensitive skin?
Many bath products on the market are by drying and irritating. In many cases it's because those companies use harsh, cheap, synthetic ingredients.
We decided to change that.
We want to provide a relaxing bath that delivers soft, luscious, hydrated skin and a scent that lingers for hours. We don't want anything to do with bath salts that contain detergents, foaming agents, and petroleum by-products.
Prima Donna products are synthetic-free, and only use natural and naturally sourced ingredients.
All Prima Donna products have been thououghly tested on a wide range of skin types.
Are Prima Donna products vegan and cruelty free?
The Antoinette and Kiharu soaks are both 100 percent vegan.
The Cleopatra soak contains Honey and Allantoin which are two ingredients that cannot be classified as Vegan.
We are a proudly cruelty free brand.
We believe animal testing is wrong and will never support testing on furry friends.
Why are the ingredient names sometimes difficult to understand?
In order to adhere to the FDA regulations on labeling of cosmetics, we are required to print the INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) name of each ingredient on our labels. This sometimes can look like a difficult to understand scientific or latin-based word. We have tried to put in parenthesis the common name for as many ingredients as we can. For the rest, the EWG's Skin Deep database is a wonderful resource to view articles and scientific data on the safety and derivation of each ingredient.
How natural are Prima Donna products?
When developing any product, our first priority is safety.
That's why we have chosen to use the EWG database as a guide to ensure that each and every ingredient is natural, non toxic and non irritating. Feel free to type in any Prima Donna ingredient into the database to learn more about its usage and score rating.

Where are Prima Donna products made?
We proudly create our soaks in California by using a small batch method to ensure quality over quantity.
How many baths do I get in each jar?
Depending on the size of your bathtub, an 8-ounce jar will deliver 2 to 3 baths. A 16-ounce jar you will give you 4 to 6 baths.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal when applicable. If you would like to use a method of payment that we don’t offer, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be sure to look into it. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will only be charged when your order ships.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
Yes you can. Just go to the "My Wallet" section of your user profile, and you can easily add or remove any payment method.
